What does listing cost?
Nothing. No plan, no commission on the sale or the let, and we do not sell your contact details to agencies. Zavaluo lives on the API for banks and developers, not on owners.
Do I need an account?
No. You enter the property, leave an email, and that is it. We send you a key to edit or take the listing down whenever you like.
How do buyers contact me?
Directly: WhatsApp, email or both, as you choose. Your phone number is not on the page; it appears only when somebody presses the enquiry button. We stay out of the negotiation.
How do I know my price is right?
We compare your listing with the active listings in your barrio, metre by metre, and tell you whether you are above or below. Once the barrio has enough comparables you see it on your listing; until then we say “Calibrating” instead of inventing a number.
When does it go live?
Immediately. And every week you get an email with how your barrio moved, how many listings cut their price, and whether yours is worth adjusting.
What happens when I sell or let it?
You take the listing down with the key we sent you, and we ask — if you feel like sharing — what you closed at. That answer is anonymous and improves the valuation for every owner who comes after you.
