Hermoso departamento al frente en pleno barrio de Montserrat, a 2 cuadras de 9 de Julio, 2 de Av. Independencia y 2 de Av. San Juan. Ubicado estrategicamente a media cuadra de UBA sede Sociales, a 4 cuadras de UADE, 5 de UAI. Tambien a 2 cuadras de Subte linea E o 4 cuadras de Subte linea C. Pasan todos los colectivos cerca. El departamento es muy luminoso, no tiene edificios al lado ya que esta en una esquina. Como veran en las fotos tiene cocina amplia (que incluye lavadero) y ambientes amplios y luminosos. Living comedor muy comodo con ventana/balcon corrediza. habitacion principal amplia y luminosa. La otra habitacion tambien posee ventana en la que da la luz toda la tarde.
